Change is a constant in many of our lives. All around us, technologies, processes, people ideas, and methods often change, which affect the way we perform daily tasks and our lives. This training course will give any leader tools o implement changes more smoothly and to have those changes better accepted. It will also give all participants an understanding of how change is implemented and some tools for managing their reactions to change.
In this training you will learn how to develop a strategy for managing change, by understanding change, building support in your teams, leading status meetings, using appreciative inquiry, and by building resilience and flexibility.
